To unlock Snap (Raw Power) in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, players need to find and collect three Tover Tokens located in Condo Canyon.
The Tover Token is a currency in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 used to unlock body parts for the customizable Snap Skin, and players must collect three tokens at Condo Canyon to obtain the Outfit's "Raw Power" Head. Condo Canyon is a marked location found in the southeastern desert section of the island of Artemis, east of Chonker's Highway and southwest of The Joneses in Fortnite. In this landmark, the three Tover Tokens are all located in the main southern portion of the area with the hotel and shopping center.
Snap is a featured reward on Page 1 of the Battle Pass for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3. To unlock this Skin, players must use nine Battle Stars. Once the Outfit is available, fans can freely modify Snap's character model with various body parts, such as the sushi-style Raw Power. Once the Tover Token Quest for Condo Canyon has been completed, players can claim or equip their reward once the match ends. To view Snap (Raw Power) or other available options for the Skin, select Locker from the main menu and open Outfits. Within Snap's Edit Style window, players can equip or swap out Raw Power with another Head.
The first Tover Token location in Condo Canyon can be found atop the astroturf-covered roof of the Classy Condos. Starting from the swimming pool of the hotel resort, head to the two-story stairwell on the right. Then, ascend the stairs to reach the roof. The token will sit by the roof's entryway, near the decoration of the square bushes.

Next, take the stairs down and walk across the street to the Pawn Shop in the west. Alternatively, players can leap off the hotel and onto the main road since the two-story fall will not result in damage. Finally, Condo Canyon's second Tover Token can be found directly beneath its neon open sign in the front doorway.
The third and final Condo Canyon Tover Token in Chapter 3 Season 3 is within the small shopping center directly north of the Pawn Shop in Fortnite. Go one block down the main street to encounter the gateway into the Canyon Plaza. Enter the shopping square and head into the waffle cafe directly on the right. While the shop doesn't have a sign that says "waffle," players can recognize the spot by examining the large neon waffle sign by the doorway. The last Tover Token will be inside the store by the middle set of tables.
