Epic Games is relaunching Fortnite this weekend, and there's been plenty of speculation regarding a Fortnite live event that could bridge the gap before Fortnite season 4 kicks off.
Fans have grown accustomed to big live events that bring the community together to mark the transition from one chapter or season to the next, but Epic Games is playing its cards very close to its chest this time around.
So, has anything been confirmed regarding a Fortnite live event this weekend? Keep on reading and we'll tell you everything we know.
When is the next Fortnite live event?
As it stands, Epic Games has not announced a Fortnite live event for this weekend or any other upcoming date.
Although the game's official Twitter account is starting to deliver cryptic teases of the chrome-covered season to come, the Fortnite marketing team have not said anything about an event recently.
Further to that, there doesn't seem to be any countdown in the game itself suggesting that an event is imminent. It would be wise not to hold your breath, then, but do keep checking the game (and that Twitter feed) to see if anything gets announced at the very last minute.
